Build smart solutions and elevate customer experience!

About Ebbot

Ebbot was founded in 2018 by a team with extensive experience in customer service, recognized over several years for delivering Sweden’s most satisfied customers. Our mission is to provide businesses with the tools they need to eliminate poor service through automation and efficiency.

Today, more than 200 customers rely on Ebbot’s platform daily to streamline their service processes. Our team consists of approximately 35 members, with offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. This year, Deloitte ranked us as the 15th fastest-growing tech company in Sweden.

Have you heard of AI, or perhaps ChatGPT?

Chances are, you have! At Ebbot, we are constantly evolving our platform to meet the service needs of the future. A big part of this involves leveraging the latest AI technologies to empower both people and chatbots with new superpowers. For example, we recently launched our in-house developed generative AI model, EbbotGPT, specifically tailored for service and security applications.

About the role

As a Customer Implementation Manager at Ebbot, you’ll work closely with a project manager to build and implement solutions for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and customize the best possible solution for each customer. This may include proposing solutions the customer may not have identified themselves or advising against options that fail to create added value or align with the goal of providing first-class service.

Your time will be roughly divided as follows:

  • 50% customer contact and supporting existing clients with their solutions
  • 50% individual work on coding and integrations

Customer solutions are built using our user-friendly tool, ebbot.app. However, the role requires programming knowledge (Python), as many solutions involve integrations with other systems.

In your role as an integration developer, you will not only be responsible for programming and developing integrations but also for owning these solutions. This includes supporting and maintaining the integrations and providing direct support to customers who use them. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the user experience and ensure that our customer solutions function flawlessly.

The customer implementation team at Ebbot also plays a significant role in the product development of our service. It’s essential to draw conclusions from customer feedback and continuously suggest improvements to our platform. When needed, you’ll also support and participate in sales meetings as a technical resource, capable of addressing questions about our platform and the technical solutions we offer.

What we are looking for

You are comfortable balancing customer interactions with technical work. The role involves considerable advisory responsibilities, both to customers and internally with project managers and sales teams. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and pedagogically.

We expect you to work independently and take initiative in your tasks within each project. You are genuinely interested in technology and eager to stay updated on the latest developments. You have programming skills and a desire to continuously improve them.

At work, you have:

  • Knowledge of Python programming
  • Experience with REST APIs and data management
  • A strong sense of ownership, meeting deadlines consistently
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying customer value in specific solutions
  • An ability to see connections between customer needs, business goals, and technical possibilities
  • A knack for understanding systems from a user perspective
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Conversational AI, NLP, or chatbots
  • Experience with cloud services or SaaS
  • Previous work in customer service or customer service solutions
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript

What you are looking for

An exciting workplace that embodies the fast pace and vibrancy of a successful and growing SaaS company. Great colleagues that evolve and challenge each other, offering support and inspiration in your daily work. A hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both from home and from our office, with flexible hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The position is based in Stockholm.

Additional Benefits:

  • 30 days of paid vacation
  • Wellness allowance of 5000 SEK/year
