About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to take on a central role within our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying and prospecting potential clients to conducting customer meetings and closing deals. You will also ensure smooth handover to our project managers for implementation.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll engage with clients across various service-intensive industries, interacting regularly with decision-makers at all levels, including CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Directors, and Heads of Customer Service.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our sales strategy. Your ability to navigate different industries and manage complex sales cycles will be key to your success.
What We Expect from You:
- You have experience in B2B SaaS sales, but more importantly, you can deliver strong results and manage complex sales cycles effectively.
- You communicate fluently in both English and Swedish (spoken and written) and can convey complex messages in a simple yet professional manner.
- You are a self-starter, capable of organizing your workday to meet your goals.
- You come well-prepared to meetings and have a thorough understanding of every client conversation.
- You are humble, confident, and capable of building trust with clients by actively listening to their needs.
- You thrive in a team environment and love winning together.
- You support your colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere, whether things are going well or facing challenges.
