About the role

As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our reach through a strong network of partners. Our service automation platform requires integration, security compliance, and onboarding efforts, making partnerships a critical part of our business growth. You will:

Identify and recruit high-potential partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Develop and execute partner enablement strategies to drive sales and adoption.

Support partners in navigating enterprise sales cycles, which are often long and timing-dependent.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, security) to support partners with the best resources.

Manage relationships with key global partners, with a primary focus on Europe.

Monitor and optimize partner performance to maximize revenue generation.

What we expect from you:

🔹 Experience in B2B partnerships and sales – ideally within SaaS, service operations, and/or enterprise tech.

 🔹 Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, including integrations, security, and compliance.

 🔹 Proven ability to work with BPOs, customer service providers, resellers, and/or consultancy firms.

 🔹 Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to prospecting, engaging, and driving partner success.

 🔹 Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.

 🔹 Global perspective – experience working across multiple markets, particularly in Europe.

 🔹 A Challenger with Strong People Skills – You build rapport easily and are naturally likable, but you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo, ask tough questions, and push for the best outcomes.

 🔹 Strategic Thinker – You quickly grasp a partner’s business model, goals, and strategic vision, allowing you to align our offering in a way that enhances their success.
